Generally, the meetings of the Board of Supervisors are held on the third Wednesday of every other month at 4:00 p.m. at 851 Celebration Avenue, Celebration, Florida. Additional meetings may be scheduled as items of business dictate, and meetings may be rescheduled to accommodate Board member schedules. Florida Law requires that the District publish an annual meeting schedule for each fiscal year in a newspaper of general circulation in Osceola County. The District also advertises each individual meeting at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting. Staff also works with the other communication providers in the Celebration community to post dates and times of meetings for the public's information.

The Board will meet on the following days for fiscal year 2010:

October 21, 2009

December 16, 2009

February 17, 2010

April 21, 2010

June 16, 2010

August 18, 2010

All meetings of the Board are open to members of the public (unless it meets in executive session to discuss pending litigation matters). Agendas are available at the District Office seven (7) days prior to the meeting and extra copies are provided at the meeting venue for members of the public. For the public's convenience, previous agendas for this current fiscal year are available by clicking on the Agendas link. Agendas from previous fiscal years are not provided on this website but are available upon request by contacting the District Office.

The minutes of each meeting are transcribed after each meeting and prior to the next meeting for consideration by the Board of Supervisors to approve and be entered into the District's formal records of proceedings. Once these minutes have been approved by the Board, they are available for public distribution. For the public's convenience, previous minutes for this current fiscal year are available by clicking on the Minutes link. Minutes from previous fiscal years are not provided on this website but are available upon request by contacting the District Office.
