If you're experiencing a problem with your water
service and it is not a utility emergency (e.g., broken water meter with
water flowing everywhere),
please fill out and submit the following
service
request form. You may also want to check out some
known problems.
For suggestions, or requests for improvements, please use our
suggestion form.

| When you submit your service request report, it will be
entered into our database for tracking purposes. Periodically we will
post notices regarding service requests reported by our customers in the
Known Problems section of this page, and tips
on the FAQ page.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

The following is a list of some known difficulties with
the utility system:
- Irrigation System and lack of water pressure: we are
working to correct pressure issues with Toho Water Authority to
rezone the community and, therefore, have good water pressure every
day. This change may result in a different watering schedule for
your neighborhood, so please check the
Irrigation Schedule to make
sure you are watering on the right days.
