The District currently has a contract with Severn Trent Services, Operating Division for operation and maintenance of the utility system. Pursuant to their contract, they are required to provide services to the District related to the utility, including but not limited to the following:

System checks that all equipment is operating properly

Maintenance of all meters

Maintenance of all fire hydrants

Monthly meter reading and utility billing

Resolving billing questions and issues

Installing meters for new construction and replacing damaged utility infrastructure (meters, backflow preventers, manhole covers)
